Goin' Bananas

Eating bananas regularly has a lot of healthy benefits. The most popular of which is it aids our digestion making it easier to regulate our morning habits. They are also rich in vitamin K or Potassium that prevents muscle cramps. But there are several other reasons why we should probably re-think the statement "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." It should probably be bananas.

Bananas contains high levels of tryptophan which converts to serotonin the so called "happy hormone" that uplifts gloomy moods in a natural way. No need for uppers. They are also natural antacids that can prevent hyper acidity and help relieve symptoms of GERD, acid reflux and heart burn.
